PRIVACY POLICY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

By participating in activities offered by MEXICO FASHION TOURS, I agree, for myself and any accompanying family members, to the following waiver and release of liability.

AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS

I agree to follow all posted rules, warnings, and instructions provided by MEXICO FASHION TOURS, its employees, representatives, or agents.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in fashion walking tours involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from my participation.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate. Any health conditions, limitations, or allergies are my responsibility to disclose. Participation is at my own risk, and I am responsible for obtaining any personal insurance I consider necessary.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless MEXICO FASHION TOURS, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in any activity, except where prohibited by applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and defend MEXICO FASHION TOURS against any claims, damages, costs, or legal expenses resulting from my actions, negligence, or violation of these terms.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

I agree to pay for any damage caused by my negligent, reckless, or intentional actions during the tour.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Mexico.

VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Agreement, have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice, and accept these terms voluntarily.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
