What is your policy for no-shows and tardiness?
Please contact us if you are running late. Group tours begin after a 15-minute grace period. Private tours may be cancelled without refund after 20 minutes of delay. No-shows are non-refundable.

Can tours be cancelled or rescheduled?
In rare cases, such as severe weather, emergencies, or guide unavailability, tours may be rescheduled or refunded.
